This 1:1 training program is designed to help you stay strong and flexible as your body changes. Sessions focus on safe, effective strength training, mobility, and endurance to support an active pregnancy and prepare you for labor.

Whether you’re continuing an existing routine or starting fresh, this program is tailored to your body, your goals, and your fitness level.

Postpartum Strength & Fitness Training

Rebuild strength and return to the workouts you love.

This 1:1 program is designed to help you safely transition back into fitness after pregnancy. Sessions focus on rebuilding core strength, improving stability, and progressing you back to higher-level exercise at your own pace.

Whether your goal is to feel strong again, get back to the gym, or simply move without discomfort, your program will be fully customized to support your recovery and performance.

All sessions are 1:1 for 45 minutes
