This is a softer paced, grounded yoga practice that invites you to slow down, turn inward, and move with care. Rooted in breath, awareness, and easeful strength, this practice offers space to reconnect with your body as home.

An all-levels class designed to build awareness, coordination, and offer a generalized focus on the pelvic floor. Through intentional breath and mindful movement, we explore how the pelvic floor works together with the diaphragm, abdominals, hips, and back.
This class has themes surrounding pelvic floor health and wellness but is good for anyone looking for an all levels class.
