A Safe Space to Root, Heal, and Embody.

Rooted Embodiment was established in 2025 by a Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant team. Coming from a background in outpatient orthopedics, we built this space with a shared passion for pelvic health and holistic well-being.

As a women-owned practice, we intentionally keep our team small so we can provide truly one-on-one, compassionate treatment. By working as a united front, a cohesive care team of two ensures that every person receives collaborative, consistent support. Our shared approach creates continuity in your care, allowing each session to feel seamless, grounded, and attuned to your needs.

Pelvic health can be daunting and uncharted territory for most folks. Our vision for Rooted Embodiment is to offer a safe and welcoming space where anyone who walks through our door feels at ease, informed, and empowered.

In a world where our autonomy is not always centered, we aim to provide affirming, grounded care to women and LGBTQIA+ folks, supporting each person in feeling confident, connected, and at home in their body.
